Shore Power Systems & Frequency Converters for Marine Projects
Shore power and frequency conversion solutions for ports, shipyards, dry docks, terminals and commercial marine projects.
Send the project information you already have. Voltage, frequency, capacity and system scope can be evaluated according to your application.
Specifications still under discussion? Available project data is enough to start.
From converter-only supply to project-configured shore power packages, the system scope can be evaluated around your actual marine application.
Tell Us What You Need — We’ll Evaluate the Right Configuration
You do not need to select a model first. Start with the electrical requirement, installation condition or project scope you already know.
Need 50Hz ↔ 60Hz Conversion?
Convert between shore-side and vessel-side operating frequencies.
Grid and Vessel Voltages Are Different?
Frequency conversion and voltage transformation can be evaluated together.
Need LV, MV or HV Shore Power?
Voltage level, frequency, capacity and supply scope are evaluated together.
Need Outdoor or Containerized Installation?
Pre-integrated arrangements can be evaluated for outdoor and site-oriented installation.
Need More Than a Frequency Converter?
Converter, transformer and wider electrical scope can be evaluated according to project requirements.
Specifications Not Final Yet?
The initial enquiry can start before every technical value is finalized.
Shore Power Equipment for LV, MV and HV Project Requirements
The final system configuration depends on voltage, frequency, capacity, installation environment and the required supply boundary.
HIGH-VOLTAGE SHORE POWER EQUIPMENT MV and HV shore power requirements can be evaluated around project voltage, frequency, capacity and required system scope.
Send the voltage, frequency, estimated capacity, application or project documents already available. A model number is not required to start.
Match the Shore Grid to the Vessel Requirement
Start with the input voltage and frequency, required vessel-side output and estimated load. The final configuration can then be evaluated around the project.
If your required voltage, frequency or capacity is not shown below, send the actual project conditions for evaluation.
50Hz ↔ 60Hz
Match shore-side and vessel-side operating frequency where the two electrical systems are different.
LV · MV · HV
Voltage transformation can be evaluated where the shore grid and required vessel voltage are different.
kVA to MW Scale
Capacity should follow the actual berth or vessel load rather than forcing the project into a standard model.
You do not need to select the equipment model first.
Send the basic electrical conditions and application. They are enough to begin the configuration review.

Required voltage + frequency
Estimated kVA or MW
Port, berth, shipyard or vessel
Send the actual V · Hz · kVA/MW requirement. The values shown above are common project references, not a closed list of configurations.
Shore Power for Real Marine Applications
Ports, shipyards, dry docks and commercial vessels can have different electrical and installation requirements. The shore power configuration should follow the actual application.

Grid conditions, vessel requirements, capacity and installation environment should be reviewed together.
CONTAINERIZED SHORE POWER Containerized Shore Power System
A containerized arrangement can be evaluated for projects requiring outdoor installation, compact equipment integration or a site-oriented shore power package.
Where Shore Power May Be Required
Find the closest application below. Your project does not need to match a fixed category before enquiry.
Shore-side power for vessels connected at commercial berths.
Power supply for shipbuilding, repair and commissioning work.
Shore-side electrical supply for vessel maintenance and repair.
Project-configured shore power for commercial marine terminals.
Shore supply matched to vessel voltage, frequency and load requirements.
Other project conditions can be evaluated from the actual requirement.
Send the application, installation location and electrical information currently available. The configuration can be evaluated from the actual project conditions.
From a Frequency Converter to a Wider Shore Power Package
You may need only the frequency converter, or a broader system including voltage transformation and additional shore-side electrical equipment.
The complete system path is shown below, but you do not need to purchase every stage from SDACME.
Understand the complete electrical path — then define the supply boundary.
Final equipment scope depends on what already exists on site and which part of the project you need supplied.
From Standalone Equipment to Integrated Supply
Tell us which part of the system you need. If the boundary is not yet defined, send the project documents for review.
Frequency Converter Only
For projects where the surrounding transformer, switchgear and system integration are provided separately.
Converter + Transformer
For projects requiring both frequency conversion and voltage transformation between shore and vessel.
Project-Configured Shore Power Package
For projects requiring a wider electrical package around the frequency converter.
Send what is available. Existing drawings and technical data can help define which part of the shore power system should be quoted.
Send the existing project information and required electrical output. We can evaluate the appropriate equipment scope from there.

Capacity, configuration, testing and real equipment together provide a clearer basis for evaluating a shore power supplier.
Send the available project information together with voltage, frequency and capacity requirements for review.
A Few Questions Before Starting Your Project Enquiry
You do not need a completed technical specification before contacting us. Start with the information already available.
Missing values can be clarified during the initial technical review.
01 My specification is different from the values shown here. Can you evaluate it?
Yes. The values on this page are common project references, not a closed list of configurations. Send the actual voltage, frequency, capacity and application for project evaluation.
02 What information do you need for a quotation?
Start with the shore-side input, required vessel-side output, estimated capacity and application.
If an SLD, load list or technical specification is available, attach it. If some values are not final yet, send the information currently available.
03 Can I buy only the frequency converter, or request a wider shore power package?
Both can be evaluated. The supply scope can start with a standalone frequency converter and extend to voltage transformation and other project-level shore-side electrical equipment where required.
The final boundary should follow what already exists on site and which equipment the customer or EPC expects SDACME to supply.
04 Can you evaluate 6.6kV, 11kV or other non-standard requirements?
Medium- and high-voltage project requirements, including common references such as 6.6kV and 11kV, can be evaluated according to the complete project conditions.
Send the grid voltage, vessel-side requirement, frequency, capacity and required system scope.
Send the current requirements first. Technical details can be refined as the project develops.
